cities - East Providence, Pawtucket, Cranston, Tiverton, Seekonk ma, north Providence, Providence(c+ neighborhood or better)

off street parking needed

turn key , or minor to moderate repairs are ok

NO major renovations

I will be using conventional mortgage %15 down
