We are in immediate need of a bird dog or "property hunter" to seek out off market properties in and around Chicago. 

Duties include:

-Driving for dollars

-Posting our Notice signs on vacant properties

-Networking for off market deals

-Posting bandit signs (will pay extra for this task)

-Anything and everything to get us leads for off market, distressed properties in and around Chicago. 

Compensation will be $1,000 per property located that we close on.  Performance bonuses are generously given if exceed more than 4 houses per month.

You will have access to learn directly on how we market for buyers and properties, how to wholesale, how to fix and flip, go on actual property inspections...everything. 

If successful, full time employment may be offered.
