How I raised $1m in Two Weeks - Free eBook now available

Last May, I posted a discussion on 10 Things I Learned Raising $1M in Two Weeks to fund my first deal.  It received a lot of great responses from the BP community.  I've since completed 2 more raises and just finished my first $2m raise to help fund a 200 unit in Dallas !  So, with $4.4m in raises over 3 deals (800+ units worth $68m) in 7 months I decided to write a book on these lessons and experiences with the goal of helping educate those looking to start raising capital or to share ideas with more experienced raisers.  I'm offering it as a free eBook download for the readers here and will be sharing insights at Joe Fairless' Best Ever Real Estate Conference in Denver (Feb 24/25). Go to my company website below and click on the thought leadership tab to download the eBook that I will be offering for free from now thru Joe's conference.  Information on the conference is below.  If you attend, please come introduce yourself.

Keep in mind, if you can raise capital, you have a lot to bring to any syndication group and can be part of the general partnership in many deals.  Add value and gain experience, that's the recipe!
