Lines of Credit to $5M for ACTIVE Real Estate Investors
If you are a very active Real Estate investor with either FLIPS, HOLDS and/or both, then this LOC might be for you. Your LIQUIDITY (bank account statements) will be used to determine how much you will qualify for. For example, with strong credit and financials, and with $100k in your bank account - should qualify you for a $1M LOC.

Up to 90% loan to cost
3.25% origination fee
8.5 to 11.5% I/O
70% ARV
TERM:
75-80% LTV on Purchase
