Looking for partners to do BRRR in Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton

Hello everyone! My wife and I are looking for partners in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton area to do BRRR or flips. We live in NJ, which is about 45 minutes away from the area. We are eager to learn about buying distressed properties, rehabbing and either selling or holding for rental income. We have done turnkey deals out of state (in Indiana and Georgia) but have not done any BRRR or flipping. We are hoping to partner up with experienced flippers. We can contribute funding and time, and are willing to share the profit (or giving away profit in exchange for experience).
