This home has exceptional VIEWS and I walked the sub floor myself to check for any foundation problems and I personally could not see any. There is a big difference in views if your back yard is facing the opposite direction, all you see is the canyon which is pretty but its not City Light Views like our subject property, so please make sure to take that into consideration when looking at the comps.
