WANTED - Commercial Lender
G'Day guys,
I'm looking at establishing a relationship with a lender that hasn't succumbed to the BULLS#$@ bureaucratic ways of 99.9% of the other financial institutions.
I have an all cash deal in the works right now that I would like to refinance out off and have many more planned to do in the future.
A big thing to keep in mind is that we don't NEED loans, we WANT them.
Our track record speaks for itself and we would like to build a long term relationship.
