Looking for BRRR Refinancers - ideally national lender

Hi there! I'm looking for more lenders that will do BRRR style refinances... typically on rentals that were purchased with cash or hard money loans, rehabbed, and are rented and cash flowing.

Ideally lenders that will end at 70% LTV to my LLC and with less than 6 months seasoning. If someone needs the full six months of seasoning, that's not a dealbreaker.

Credit is at 680 on one bureau, 722 on another.  Goal is 6% interest 

I'd like to meet a national lender that will do these so that I don't have to track down different lenders for every state I invest in.

Any suggestions on BRRR friendly refinancing lenders?
