Recently rehabbed 3/1 SFR in a corner with a Sec 8 tenant

We are waiting for the Section 8 inspection to come (we have the tenant already). We´re asking more than $700 for rent. House has been recently rehabbed and in great condition. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Huge dry basement. Property Mgmt company in place.
