@Mike Garrett do you know or have any recommendations for engineers/draftsman/architect on the East side more particularly Walla Walla, Washington?  I have tried calling the one's I know of but evidently they are all either to busy or do not provide residential property owners their services.  Any and all recommendations are appreciated thanks ahead of time.
