We're looking for buyers of B & C class Single Family Rentals in the St. Louis, MO market.
We regularly have both Wholesale and Turnkey properties available for purchase. This includes turnkey portfolios as well.
Turnkey properties average 12-15% cap rates.
If you prefer to renovate, lease and manage yourself, we have wholesale deals available.
