Hey BP family! Is anyone looking for wholesale deals in the St. Louis, MO area? We wholesale SFRs in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and Lincoln County in Missouri. We are currently expanding our buyer's list. If you or any other investors you know are looking to expand your portfolio over the next couple of months and would like to receive discounted, off-market single family deals each month please let me know and I'll be happy to add you to our list. Please make sure to let me know what areas you're interested in as well as the criteria/ROI you look for. If we have something now that would be a good fit I'll send it over. Otherwise we'll reach out on all future deals that fit you criteria. Thanks!

Hi Kenny,

I'm sorry to hear about your Grandmother.  If you'd like, I'd be happy to come by the house today and take a look.  I've worked in the St. Charles area for the past 4 years and have members of my team that have over 20 years of experience in the area.  We have a brokerage arm that works with traditional buyers & sellers as well as in the investment arena so I'll be able to give advice from both sides of the spectrum to help you make a more educated decision.  If you'd like me to help please let me know.

Hey guys, I stumbled across Vulcan7 in a search for finding unique ways to generate more leads. Has anyone had any experience with this company? They claim to provide leads of expired MLS listings, FSBO's and properties in Probate. Any insight whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
