Boots on the Ground- Birmingham Metro (Alabama)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to put my information out there about boots on the ground in Birmingham area. I've been doing in for the past few months for a group but would like to offer it to others here on BP. If anyone is an out-of-state investor that is looking to purchase a property in Birmingham area (Jefferson/Shelby county) let me know. I can do exterior/interior assessment with photos/video, and I'm attaching a blog post of a 2-minute video as an example.
