Logan Square is on the rise right now. Please research yourself. Looking for a private investor to put in $150,000 US into the development. We are putting the rest into the deal. The investor will have a mortgage on the property for security for the amount of your promissory note given. Plus you will be paid on the sale of the property and will be paid first before myself.

About Me:
I'm originally from Poland and immigrated to Chicago in 1989. Being of Polish descent has allowed me to work closely with the Polish construction community in Chicago. Being able to speak the language and understand the culture helps me utilise one of the best construction teams in the industry. I'm very proud of my construction teams who under take the rehab work.
I Previously was the head of construction for an international investment fund called Colonial Capital, the investment fund acquired value-add homes in Chicago and divested these assets as operational cash flow assets to investors in Dubai and China.
I have been responsible for acquiring, managing, and rehabbing 114 properties for the CHA approval (Chicago Housing Authority). The homes were rehabbed to meet the CHA’s safety and quality standards.
