Off Market Multi-Family in Vine City/Atlanta, GA

Hello.  I have access to a variety of OFF-MARKET Multi-Family deals in Vine City, by the Stadium.  These range from 10 to 350 door assets.  They also range from completely vacant to 100% occupied. 

Please no tire-kickers. Only looking for DIRECT Principals who have the financial capability to take down some of these assets. Will ask you to provide a POF, Evidence of other Assets owned and your experience as a RE Investor.

In most cases, Principal/Buyer will pay buying broker commission fees.
