Wholesale in Anacortes

Mods want me to post here.
I'm looking at two properties in beautiful Anacortes, Washington.
I don't really have the means to currently tackle them. I'm trying to gauge interest before Tying them up. Are there any investors who are looking for property out here?
The comps for both properties run around 300 -350k.
Would anyone here, or anyone you know, be interested in one of these if I were to wholesale them?
