Does anyone have market forecast or outlooks in Alaska Cities besides what can be found on Trulia or Zillow?  And how accurate are those?  Looking for the "Best" places to find market updates and outlooks on Key AK towns (Anchorage, Valley, Kenai area and Fairbanks).  Thanks

The Real Estate Exchange (REX) Club is having a meeting on October 23rd regarding this very issue. AEDC president Bill Popp will the the key note speaker. REX is Alaska's largest network of real estate investors. There's tons of great information specific to Alaska investors.  https://www.meetup.com/R_E_X_/
