Hey everyone! I'm an experienced broker/investor from Chicago looking to take on a flip in Long Grove, IL and I'm looking for a private lender. Ideally, I would like to get a loan for at least 80% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab. If you're interested and would like more details, let me know.

@Nikki Kofkin Feel free to reach out to me via email. We are a direct lender that does lend in IL and we can provide a no doc program up to 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab.
