I am looking for an amazing commercial lender
I have been investing in residential real estate here in Atlanta for 3.5 years, and I have a total of nine units. Some have gained a lot of value in this market, and I am considering selling certain properties so I can acquire a commercial asset.
I am open to different kinds of assets, but I am currently interested in purchasing USPS buildings with NN leases. I am looking to build a working relationship with an awesome commercial broker who is familiar with this asset class.
