good Loan Program drop me line we may be able to do business.

I'll look at similar stuff in Texas if anyone has anything to broker.

Stanley- PM me with the info. I may put a group of BP members together to buy a building. I have 154 units in Garland. It has performed well in the 8 months I've owned it. 4 vacancies. Brand new city center being built across the street. Sweet deal so far. Rich.

@Stanley

I am on the Board of Directors for a large syndication group with nationwide reach for distressed assets. I would be interested in seeing the opportunity as well.

Lamont,

Can you post some more details for everyone to see?

Thanks, Greg

@Dan

We have a distressed land deal in Houston right now.

We put together a sources/uses and a skeletal Executive Summary in preparation for a call with some investors from Wall Street tomorrow. I am happy to send it to you to see if your buyer is interested if you PM me so that we can exchange email addresses.

We would prefer to do the deal ourselves, but we would sell it for the right price :-)

If you have any MFD product I would love to see that as well.
