Need financing for a non citizen
I want to by an apartment complex it is 500k and me and my partner can put over 50% down. However she is not a US citizen and lives in Europe. Why isn’t a bank having recourse against the property as well as myself good enough even if they can’t get to my partner? If I were them I would hope we defaulted so we they could take the property from us.
A little rant there but if anyone can help me out please do so.
