Looking for a rehab/BRRRR Mentor!

Hello Bigger Pockets World,

I am new to the real estate world, but I am looking to gain valuable experience.  I have read several books over the past year, and have just purchased my first multi unit home.  I am looking to gain experience in the rehab process as well creative financing methods.  I have read alot about this, but have not used any of the methods.  For my next venture I am looking at buying a distressed SF or Townhouse to rehad, refi, and rent.  I am looking to tag along with anyone that may be in the process of doing any or all of this, and is willing to let me tag along.  I am willing to help in whatever way I will be able to while learning.  I am a civil Engineering in land development, so I do have some development experience to lend.  Thank you in advance!
