Looking for Licensed GC for Estimates and Flips in Philly
Our real estate sales team is looking for an experienced general contractor or rehabilitation company to refer to our active investment clients for estimates and immediate rehabilitation work. My wife and I also personally flip properties and are looking for someone who can handle up to three active projects at a time. Ideally, this individual would be able to service our clients as well as ourselves. Please do not contact us if you do not have before and after photos of recent Philadelphia rehabilitation projects. Development and new construction experience is preferred as there are additional opportunities in those areas.
