New Podcast with guest: Tim Shiner

(Not really selling anything here but I couldn't post this in the forums. I'm promoting a new and free Podcast)
@Aaron Miley and I just recorded a great Podcast with Tim Shiner on Sunday. Our Podcast is only a few episodes in and we wanted to share it with anyone who's interested in listening.
The BiggerPockets podcast (episode 221) with Tim Shiner was so inspiring to me that I started implementing his strategies and am going to stop buying "crappy rental houses".
