I am looking to buy Multifamily property with minimum of 8 units within the states of Ohio/Indiana/KY. Please do let me know if you have a good deal even if it is not within the above mentioned states. My budget is sub-500k the more expensive it is, the lesser repair I expect on the property right off the bat. So do hit me up if you have any deals. Preferred cities - Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis and surrounding. Louisville KY, Mayrsville OH, Delaware Oh. Hope to hear from you soon.
