I am looking for a partner in a flip.

I had this one under contract last year but the owner passed away. It has surfaced again but I have some other deals I'm working on. 

I can pass this on for a fee or if you wanted to JV I would be down for that.

Purchase: 60k

Renovations: 23k

ARV: 110k
