Seeking Money Partner - 10% Return

Seeking money partner, I am in the process of hunting down a apartment building in Michigan, no Detroit, flint or Pontiac with good turnover.

Would like to partner up with someone or more partners in return there is 10% flat.

Purchase price range 1m to 1.5m.

Will need at least 25% down.

Planning on purchasing then refi the entire deal in 24-36 months maybe sooner.

This will be a asset based loan/partner.

Any property purchase will be the loan lien for collateral.

3-4 exit strategies if deal goes south.
