Acquisition Manager NJ WANTED - Will pay $5-10K per Property

I am looking to partner with a company or individual that can provide off market property leads for me to purchase. We are doing about 5-15 properties a month so this would be a long term relationship. Would be willing to pay a flat fee per property and can generate $50K+ income for the partner per month with our volume level. Want to get away from the MLS.
