Hello BP family!

I have a client looking to do her first house-hack. This is what she's looking for:

Looking for a duplex to house-hack in the Norcross/Duluth area. Trying to keep the price around $200k. She's fine with a fixer-upper, but she at least wants it to be something a tenant can live in while repairs and upgrades are made.
