Looking to buy non performing seconds in 40 states. Please provide the info if you are 100% sure that notes are available for sale. We spend time and money ob title reports, doing DD and get very frustrated with some sellers after we spent all this time and money when the seller tells us something like ''seller has sold the entire tape'' or ''seller decided not to sell'', etc. We need only REAL sellers.
