GAP Funders Needed $20-50K w/ 20-40% ROI Annually

We have multiple projects in New Jersey that we are looking for GAP investors to take a second position with a quit claim deed available from the borrower to avoid the foreclosure risk. CLTV will be under 75% ARV for all deals. 6-7 month projects and will pay high return to investor. Contact me for more information.
