Looking for partner/investor in Louisville, KY!

I have a few deals I have came across for fix and flips in the last week or so in the Louisville market. I have established funding for 70% of the ARV, 100% of the rehab and %90 of the purchase price. I am required to bring 10% to purchase any of these deals which range between $60k and $110k and potentially any other costs.
