We are currently in search of properties in Cincinnati area or out side of the city as far as South Lebanon. Please let me know if there is a house available to buy since for some reason i cant find anything on the marketplace. I am currently in the process for a pre approval for 120k Thanks everyone.

 Hi Nicholas - 

We're seeing a lot of our investors look at Cincinnati as a way to diversify their Ohio investments.  There are some great returns and with slightly less competition (for now) it's a great place to invest as well as Columbus.  Good luck with everything!
