Subject To Deals in Washington State

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a local title company in Pierce County, WA that will close subject to deals. My attorney will do it, but he is encouraging me to find a title company to save on costs (he will be more expensive). He will draw up all of the necessary contracts though. I would really love to hear from someone who has done a few subject to deals as well! Please send me a message if you have.
