Hey everyone, I’m looking for a local title company in Pierce County, WA that will close subject to deals. My attorney will do it, but he is encouraging me to find a title company to save on costs (he will be more expensive). He will draw up all of the necessary contracts though. I would really love to hear from someone who has done a few subject to deals as well! Please send me a message if you have. I’m also looking for a local investor who would consider mentoring - someone that I can learn from and also help out. Hey everyone, I’m looking for funding in Pierce, Kitsap, and surrounding counties of Washington state for my first BRRR deal. It seems as though the most common consists of 12% interest and 3-5 points. Does this seem about right? If not, can you provide any recommendations? I appreciate the input!
