Looking for funding in Pierce, Kitsap, and surrounding counties

Hey everyone, I’m looking for funding for my first BRRR deal. It seems as though the most common consists of 12% interest and 3-5 points. Does this seem about right? If not, can you provide any recommendations? I appreciate the input!
