⚠️ WARNING EXPLICIT CONTENT ⚠️ Tenants From Hell EVICTED LIVE! ⚠️

Just like the title says, I am bringing you an eviction that was filmed LIVE! 

It is my goal to be the most transparent turnkey operator & property manager for out of state Real Estate Investors. A big part of achieving that goal is showing you the GOOD & the BAD. This business is down right tough guys. I am not Clayton Morris of Morris Invest. I won't tell you that A-Class tenants are more difficult to deal with than C-Class tenants. I also won't tell you that you can buy a $40,000 house & expect to have a nurse making $75,000 per year rent it from you. That just ain't true. 

This business is great don't get me wrong. It's really changed my life but it doesn't come without it's challenges. You are going to have to have thick skin (& pockets) to survive. 

So without further explanation go ahead & give the video a watch & I'd like to get a solid discussion going afterwords. I've got a few questions for you all to answer after you watch the video.

  1. Was this the 1st eviction you have ever seen live?
  2. How many rental properties do you own?
  3. Do you self manage or hire a property manager? Why?
  4. Do you or your property manager evict tenants immediately or do you try to work with them like the original property management company in this case did?  Why?
  5. Do you feel like posting this video was in poor taste or enlightening? Why?
  6. How did watching this video make you feel? Do you feel bad for the tenant or the landlord?
  7. Do you feel landlords & real estate investors are vilified by the general public when we evict tenants? Why / Why not? If yes do you feel like this video will make that better or worse? Why / Why not?

Jim the last live eviction i went to the tenant shot him self in the head in the back yard..

so i dont do that anymore..
