48 units in SC looking for a private lender.

Hi,

I have 48 units in SC under contract. Looking for either equity investors or debt investors to help close this deal. I have about 60 days to close. Sales price $971,250. ARV conservatively is $1.4M.

Area has very low amount supply and tons of demand for affordable rentals.
