Looking for Financing for flipping in North jersey
Hi Guys, I'm an experienced architect/designer with a proved record of adding forced equity to properties, and I am looking for lenders to work for flipings in North Jersey.
I have a whole team of people, from architects of record in NJ, lawyer,Title company,great GC, and looking for a lending partner to work in multiple projects. starting with Flipping and in near the future, buy and hold and new construction.
