Established Operator For Joshua Tree, CA Seeks Investors

Hello.  I am an established investor/operator of two Airbnb's and a duplex with tenants in the thriving market of Joshua Tree, California.  If you are not aware, the town is flooded with both tourists and many artistic types who are relocating from Los Angeles (LA), New York, etc. to our town.  As far as Airbnb, September through April are the busiest months, due to weather, and then for traditional multifamily tenants, there is very little supply.  I had forty inquiries in two weeks for an apartment that I listed.  This area is very charming, but is hard to find good help (general contractors, subs, landscapers, co-hosts/property managers, cleaning folks, et al), but I have worked hard to create a good network of said persons, plus my competitive advantage is that I grew up in the area in the 80's/90's and really understand the various micro-markets (Pioneertown, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, 29 Palms, et al) and I know how to get things done.  I network with all the local hip shop owners and I post flyers at the various coffehouses, cafes, farmers market, etc.  During the week, I am a land/commercial broker who sells redevelopment properties in Southern California to large homebuilders, and other developers (self storage, hospitality, industrial, etc) so I understand development really well, and am dialed into the capital markets (equity and debt) which is good for larger deals, but I am seeking investors to do smaller deals in the desert, i.e. buying a charming single family home built in the 1940's/1950's to rehab to rent or Airbnb, OR more importantly, I am attempting to source off-market multifamily deals (duplexes, triplexes and bigger) to rehab and lease to traditional tenants since vacancy is so low in that market and nice, fresh product is needed for all the people moving to town who have good credit and make good money.  If interested, please contact me so that I can send my bio, Instagram pages, LinkedIn, and/or chat on the phone or even meet in person.
