NJ Private Lenders for Newbie Investors

Hello,

Newbie investor and BP member here looking for local Private lenders in the NJ area that can fund rehabs in South Jersey. Any recommendations from members that have used HML's in NJ would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to start my first BRRR project with properties in the 35-60K price point in need of rehab. Ideally refi after 6-12 months. Thanks in advance!

 Talk to @Anthony Susco. He's an HML who sponsors the local South Jersey BP Meet-Up. Real straight shooter who will be able to tell you exactly what to expect when dealing with a HML and give solid honest feedback on any deals you're considering and why he would or wouldn't fund them.
