Experienced Rehabber Seeking Partner in New Jersey for 2 Deals!
I'm an experienced Rehabber (14 Rehabs in last two years) is seeking a partner on two more rehabs that fell into my lap in New Jersey. As my partner we would split the profit 50%/50%. Both deals are located in Ocean County New Jersey (Ocean Gate / Brick). I need to close them both within two weeks or I will lose them!
