Looking for private money lenders for short term rehab/refis

I have flipped 18 properties over 6 years, 8 in the last year, and am looking for private lenders who want to part of my growing business in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. I have a solid track record and have 4 projects under contract to close in the next 6 weeks. My goal is to flip at least 10 homes this coming year.
