Contractor - Memphis - Recommendations

Looking for recommendations on contractors in the Memphis area. I'm originally from Memphis and am working on buying some properties for rentals now. I will likely need a good, reliable contractor, which is not always easy to come by. Hoping someone can send a couple of recommendations my way. Jobs will likely include one or more of the following to get homes rent ready: flooring, paint, electrical, roof, hvac.
