Hi All,

My partner and I are looking to start investing in the Louisville, KY area. Looking for SFH to rent out. Preferably 3/1's or 3/2's. I'm looking for wholesalers to get on their lists.

Can anyone recommend good wholesalers in this area?

Hello! I run comps for a lot of the wholesalers and help send them out to my buyers list when they are under contract. I can add you to the list. We work with a lot of out of town investors.
