Hello BPers,

I am seeking down payment funds having the moneybperson come in as 2nd lien on the property - or - a JV partner that can help with the down payment.

I am seeking funds from $150,000 to $200,000, I have many mid size apartment building properties I come across here in Michigan with great returns with some value add not much to have a great property.

My criteria is:

10+ unit buildings

$40-$60k per unit

$500-$900 rental rates per unit

Growing cities!

Nothing in Flint or Detroit.

I many years of experience with the commercial and residential sectors.

I myself own 7 single families that I manage, also manage 2 strip malls that my father owns.

I also manage other properties around Michigan for out of state investors.

I am looking for a solid investor looking to make better interest of their money instead of the stock market.
