Looking for Kansas City Missouri Multi family

Colorado investor  looking for an investment minded Realtor in the Kansas City Missouri area. We have one single family here, but looking to 1031 our recent sale of an investment property here in Colorado to a multi family property out there. We have one single family rental in KCMO currently that we bought 2 years ago, so we know the area a little bit. May even consider a single family.  Price range varies widely as we could technically partner if we needed to, so 100k up 1 million for a starting point.
