Looking for Salem Oregon area multi families and mobile home park

I am in the market for Salem, OR area mobile home parks (Woodburn down to Albany, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Dallas, McMinnville etc, same for multi-family properties. Needs to be a decent deal but open to mismanaged, properties that need work, high vacancy etc. This is ongoing so even if you see this in a year I am probably still looking! 2019 I want to close an additional 80 units (bringing total to 160)
