Looking for a new client who wants to rehab in Kansas City, MO
I am a realtor and property manager with an in-house general contractor and rehab crew. I want to keep them busy throughout the year, so I am looking for one more client who is interested in rehabbing for flips or buy and hold, at least 4 a year. I specialize in eastern Kansas City, MO - Independence, Raytown, Blue Springs, Lees Summit, Grain Valley, Grandview, Belton and some KCMO (lower crime areas). Liberty and Gladstone are options as well, but I have always lived south of the river so I know the neighborhoods a lot better. 99% of my clients are out of state, so I always provide a lot of feedback to my investors since they can't be here on site.
