5 years ago I did a job that was filed not correctly, we presented a raiser diagram for the renovation, even we were not planing to move or doing any new plumbing. we just replaced fixtures in kitchen and included two bathrooms fixtures replacement to do in the future.

Now the client wants to sell the apartment and the city require a plumbing closing permit. because was filed that way, but there was never a plumbing permit.

I'm looking for a plumber able to close the job

There is not physical work involved, just pull out the permit, check the place, and close the job I

can send the plans presented to the DOB to check.

Easy fast job.
